Account Registration
All Players must register a verified account before accessing real-money games, placing bets, or claiming bonuses on jaya9bat. The following rules govern the registration process.
2.1 Eligibility to Register

2.3 One Account Per Player

A Player is defined as an individual person, identified by a unique combination of name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Creating a second account — whether using different credentials, a different device, or a different payment method — is a direct violation of these terms.
If jaya9bat identifies that a Player holds more than one account, the Platform reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts without notice, confiscate any bonus balances held in those accounts, and withhold any winnings generated through bonus play in the duplicate accounts. Real money deposits held in duplicate accounts will be returned to the payment method originally used for deposit, minus any processing fees.
2.4 Account Verification (KYC)
jaya9bat operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard financial compliance practices. Players may be required to verify their identity before their first withdrawal is processed, when their cumulative deposit total exceeds a certain threshold, or at any time the Platform has reasonable grounds to verify a Player's identity.
Acceptable identification documents for KYC on jaya9bat include the Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a Bangladesh driving licence. Proof of address may be requested in addition to photo ID. Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by jaya9bat may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.
2.5 Account Credentials
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials, including their username and password. jaya9bat will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's account where that access was facilitated by the Player sharing, losing, or failing to adequately protect their credentials. Players who suspect that their account credentials have been compromised must contact jaya9bat support immediately at support@jaya9bat.
Age Restriction & Underage Gambling Policy
jaya9bat enforces a strict minimum age of 18 years for all platform users. Underage gambling is illegal, harmful, and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
The jaya9bat platform is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years and above. This is not a discretionary guideline — it is a firm requirement that applies to all aspects of platform access, including browsing the game lobby, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a sports bet, and participating in any promotional activity.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.3 Deposit Processing

4.6 Withdrawal Verification Holds
jaya9bat reserves the right to place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request for up to 72 hours for compliance verification purposes. This may occur for first-time withdrawals, unusually large withdrawal requests, or where automated fraud detection flags the transaction for manual review. The Player will be notified if a hold is applied and informed of any documentation required to release the hold.
4.7 Responsible Deposit Behaviour

These limits can be reduced immediately but increases to existing limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

5.1 General Bonus Eligibility

5.3 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any derived winnings can be withdrawn. 5.4 Bonus Expiry

5.6 Abuse of Bonuses

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using jaya9bat, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations and to refrain from the prohibited activities listed below.
6.1 Accurate Information
Players must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information at all times. Any changes to your registered email address, mobile number, or payment methods must be updated via the Account Settings section and may require re-verification.
6.2 Personal Use Only
The jaya9bat platform is for the personal use of registered Players only. Players may not allow any third party — including family members, friends, or business associates — to access or operate their jaya9bat account. Players are fully responsible for all activity conducted from their account, whether or not they personally authorised that activity.
6.3 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jaya9bat platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the platform, including games, bet placement, or bonus claiming.

6.4 Compliance with Laws
Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the jaya9bat platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. jaya9bat does not provide legal advice and makes no representation that the platform is lawful to use in all jurisdictions. Players who access jaya9bat from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these terms.
6.5 Responsible Gaming Obligations

6.6 Reporting Errors
If a Player becomes aware of a technical error, game malfunction, or incorrect odds display on the jaya9bat platform, they are obligated to report it to customer support immediately rather than exploiting the error for financial advantage. jaya9bat reserves the right to void any bets or game results where a material technical error demonstrably affected the outcome, regardless of whether the error was reported by the Player.
Account Closure & Suspension
jaya9bat reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account under the circumstances described below. Players may also voluntarily close their own account at any time.
7.1 Voluntary Account Closure
A Player may request the closure of their jaya9bat account at any time by contacting customer support at support@jaya9bat. Before processing a closure request, jaya9bat will confirm the Player's identity, check for any outstanding pending withdrawals, and verify that there are no active wagering requirements on the account balance. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing window.
7.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension
jaya9bat may suspend a Player's account immediately and without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to believe that the Player has: breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; provided false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC; engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or other prohibited conduct; or is the subject of a legal or regulatory inquiry. During a suspension, the Player will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or access any game or betting features.
7.3 Permanent Account Termination
Following investigation of a suspended account, jaya9bat may elect to permanently terminate the account. In cases of confirmed fraud, identity misrepresentation, underage gambling, or systematic abuse of platform features, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited in full. Real money deposits may be returned at the discretion of jaya9bat and only where the Player's conduct has not caused direct financial harm to the Platform.
7.4 Self-Exclusion Account Closure
Players who request self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming section of their account will have their account placed in a restricted state for the duration of the self-exclusion period selected (minimum 24 hours; options up to permanent exclusion). Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened before the exclusion period expires. Requests to lift self-exclusion before the agreed end date will not be processed. 7.5 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if the Player has not logged in for a continuous period of 12 months. jaya9bat will notify the registered email address of the dormant account status. If the account remains inactive for a further 30 days following notification, jaya9bat reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to the account balance. The balance will never be reduced below zero as a result of dormancy fees. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in.
Limitation of Liability & Governing Terms
The following provisions define the limits of jaya9bat's liability to Players and establish the governing framework for disputes arising from platform use.
8.1 Platform Availability
jaya9bat endeavours to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. However, the Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server downtime, third-party infrastructure failures, or internet connectivity issues on the Player's side. Where practicable, jaya9bat will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance periods via the platform's notification system.
8.2 Game Outcomes

8.4 Financial Losses from Gambling
Gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss. By using jaya9bat, Players acknowledge and accept that they may lose some or all funds deposited on the Platform. jaya9bat is not liable for any financial losses, debts, or other adverse financial consequences arising from a Player's gambling activity on the Platform. Players are encouraged to set deposit limits and use responsible gaming tools to manage their expenditure.
8.5 Indemnification
Players agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jaya9bat and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the Player's breach of these Terms & Conditions, misuse of the Platform, violation of any applicable law, or infringement of any third-party rights through the Player's platform activity.
8.6 Amendments to These Terms
jaya9bat reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this document. By continuing to use the jaya9bat platform after a change takes effect, Players are deemed to have accepted the revised terms. 8.7 Entire Agreement
